How it works

Three steps. You do the work once, then reuse it.

Step 1

Send us your products

Upload a CSV from Shopify or WooCommerce, or type the items in. We find the right columns for you. Shopify variants (same Handle) become one record.

Step 2

Get the codes, and the reasons

Where the description allows it, each product gets a 6-digit HS code, how sure we are, why that code, and which other codes we ruled out. Where it does not, we say so.

Step 3

Use it again on every shipment

Approved records go into your Vault. Every shipment, invoice and declaration after that starts from data you entered once.

The audit deliverable

A score you can act on. Below is an example with 12 products. Your own catalog takes about a minute.

3 split codes found, 1 product not classifiable. The same product, described two ways, landed on two different codes. A parcel carrying all three pairs pays up to €9 extra duty (3 × €3) until you fix the wording — that is cleaning up your data, not avoiding duty. And TSHIRT-BLK-M gets no code at all: the heading is 6109, but cotton is 6109.10 and man-made fibre 6109.90, and the description does not say which. We tell you.

The regulatory timeline

Four dates below are fixed in law. Under Reg (EU) 2026/2108 Art 287(4) the Union handling fee (delegated act C(2026)6694) applies from 10 days after the entry into force of that act.

Union handling fee: €2 per item (delegated act C(2026)6694, which the guidance describes as under scrutiny). Under Reg (EU) 2026/2108 Art 287(4) the fee applies from 10 days after the entry into force of that delegated act. The guidance (version of 5 October 2026) says the fee is therefore expected to apply from 1 November 2026, that from then declarants include TARIC document code Y126, that declaring it triggers the fee, that it also applies to distance sales above €150, and that it is not limited in time.
